As a thank you for the work that you do, we are inviting all those in Caregiving Roles - particularly those taking care of family and community members non-professionally - to the BCCP for a free evening of self care, including restorative yoga, meditation, and music. We invite all those taking care of family members, friends, or members of the community.
The Boston Center for Contemplative Practice is pleased to announce The Care Collaborative, a group of practitioner’s offering care, compassionate practices and services to the caregivers in our community.
With deep gratitude for those who dedicate themselves to the well being of others we offer an evening of nourishment and practice. Each evening will focus on a specific group in the hopes of bringing together people with similar areas of service and expertise to enjoy a practice session designed with them in mind. The evening sessions will incorporate the practices of yoga and meditation alongside other mind-body practices.
The Care Collaborative looks forward to welcoming you.
