This course is tailored to those who have heard about mindfulness but have not yet taken the step to practice, those who have dabbled in mindfulness or those who meditate and wish to deepen their meditation with daily practice.
The class includes weekly inspirational, historical and scientific readings, personal meditation instruction, recordings and the support of a group. Come prepared for a simple yet challenging practice that will help you clarify what is important, strengthen your trust in your inner wisdom, and move towards the life you want.
