“Yoga for Mental Well-Being”

This weekly class will be workshop style, and include a brief introduction to a mental health topic, an alignment-based vinyasa practice, and offer space for questions and encourage discussion. Designed to celebrate and connect the mind and body, this space is for all students seeking to deepen their mental, physical, and intellectual understanding of yoga.
