About the Presenter:
Kristen Bettencourt is a therapist and mindfulness coach with a warm, down to earth style, as well as a passion for sharing mindfulness practices with teens and young adults. She has been practicing since she was a teenager, and has found meditation to offer a safe and expansive space to return to again and again, regardless of the nature of life’s current challenges. She received her doctorate in psychology from William James College, and currently sees clients in Newton Centre.
