Skillful Means Meditation Group (Weekly)

William Jackson is offering a weekly meditation and discussion group on Monday evenings. This weekly group will be a one hour weekly meditation group. The first 30 minute of class will be a silent meditation (5 minutes guided). The second half of the class will be a mixture of group support on applying mindfulness to personal life,  studying Buddhist texts, group discussions on recent meditation research and having a safe space to discuss how your really feel about things. This group will be focused on cultivating a space where people can practice together and share different beliefs, struggles and successes with leading a more intentional life.  

Mondays 7pm-8:30pm

Suggested $10 per person per class.
