We would like to invite you to come and practice with us in the morning.
For many of us, it can be a challenge to develop a routine or to find a space and community that is supportive of practice. Whether our morning includes is a sitting meditation, a yoga practice, or finding some quiet time to write, we can find support in engaging in these practices together.
Each weekday, the space will be open and available as a supportive environment for individual practice. Cushions, yoga mats, pillows, chairs, and blankets are available. These mornings will be peer supportive, 'teacherless' sessions.
