Tashi Delek to all of my dharma friends.
I invite you to this upcoming course of various Bӧn instruction.

For any kind of practice of Sutra, Tantra, or Dzogchen, it is important to understand the basis of phenomena; the classification of objects of knowledge, and the classification of possessor of the knowing agent. This cannot be definitively understood without the proper teaching and explanation.

Therefore, the divisions of the classifying basic of functioning things; matter, mind, and that which is not suitable to be matter and consciousness. This time, the topic will focus on the classification of matter.

The practice of Khordé Rushen, Separating Cyclic Existence and Transcendence, is the indispensable prerequisite of the View to unsurpassable Dzogchen. Accordingly, the way of the training of Khordé Rushen will be taught at this time.

The appearances or visions are introduced into the mind , in the way of appearances being vividly bright, they do not possess true existence in their own right, but are recognized as rolpa, the display of the mind.

The mind is introduced to the emptiness, the nature of mind is non- existent, beyond the limits of duality. Cutting the conception, the true existence of the conceptual thought patterns of one’s mind, accordingly, confines the conception of true existence of vividly bright appearances which are liberated. Thus, the bondage of attachment, craving, and ego- grasping is released.

The emptiness is introduced to the luminosity, the nature of the mind is not just emptiness, falling into the extreme of the aspect of emptiness.

The luminous clarity aspect of emptiness, whatever appears arising vividly bright, as the essence of luminosity needs to be realized. The blessing is the decisive conviction that all these appearances are the clarity aspect of the mind, the nature of luminosity.

This time the practice of the tsalung thrulkhor, the channel and winds magical movements, is the Five Root Magical Movements from the Dzogchen Zhang Zhung Nyengyüd.

  1. The Hammer of the Strong Man Smashing Anger

  2. The Window of Wisdom for Ignorance

  3. The Four Rolling Wheels for Pride

  4. Unravelling the Knot of Attachment

  5. Flapping the Flag Tongues for Jealousy

  6. The Powerfully Pouncing Tigress for Dullness and Agitation

By these magical movements, the suffering of the body and mind generated by illness and obscurations is liberated. The doors of the channels of the five poisons are blocked and liberated in their own place. The state of the genuine five primordial wisdoms arises. The essence of the five internal elements go in their own place, and the five root winds of the entire body move freely.

One session will be teaching the differences of enlightenment of Sutra, Tantra, and Dzogchen.

The second bardo is the Bӧn Nyid Ӧdsal Bardo, the Bardo of the Luminous Nature of Reality.

At the end of Bardo, the Fundamental Basis, or Bardo of Dying, three long exhalations occur and the external breath ceases.

Subsequently, the manner of arising is: the experience of appearance of redness, the increase with whiteness, and the near attainment with complete darkness and so forth.

The Son Rigpa dissolves in the expanse of the Mother Kunzhi All-Ground. The mindful Rigpa awareness becomes dormant. Then the dynamic energy of sounds, lights, and rays and so forth arises.

In general, the arrangement of these subjects of this course of Bӧn teachings this time are necessary for one’s own practice. It is important to think that this human life is short and that oneself is important. Before the breath stops, we must have the methods to prepare for the next life. By thinking in this way, I invite students to join this course.
