Jada has offered therapeutic support to adolescents and adults across a continuum of mental healthcare settings in the Boston area over the past decade, including outpatient community mental health, university counseling and consultation,

public school systems, residential treatment, and in-home therapy.

As a holistic psychotherapist in private practice, Jada draws from evidenced-based therapeutic practices as well as insight and physiological approaches to health and healing to support integrated wellness of mind, body, and spirit. Her practice is further informed by nearly two decades of studies in meditation, yoga, music, and visual art.

Jada works collaboratively with her clients to engage a healing process that is sustained by growing insight, understanding, and compassion. She views each person within the context of their environment and circumstance, while distinguishing the illnesses present in society from one's own. She strives to empower individuals, families, and groups to transform their relationship to their pain in order to reduce suffering and experience lasting healing. Jada will meet you where you are in your process and compassionately assist in building upon your inherent strengths to increase your capacity for growth and connection.

She offers Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy approaches, relaxation strategies, guided meditation, and creative arts-based therapy for clients interested in healing through artistic expression.
